Terms & Conditions

1. The prices indicated are the final prices and include: service, oneluggage per passenger capacity, supplements, indicates waiting times, administration and road toll if is applicable and taxes.

 

Bookings have to be made with more than 72 hours in advance. Tour must be made it with one week in advance.

2. The prices includes the following waiting times:

Up to 10 minutes in the City Center

Up to 30 minutes in the Train Station.

Up to 60 minutes in the airport.

After these times if the clients not appeared or contact us the service will be considered as finalized.

Our drivers check all arrivals and if any delay 24hrs before the arrival we modifies the picking up time.

3.About Cancellation Policy. When the reservation has been confirmed if the clients cancels then following charge will apply:

25% for cancellation up to 1 week before the date of arrival.

50% with cancellation less to 72 Hours before the picking up time.

100% with cancellation less to 72 Hours before the picking up time.

4. Guarantys and Penalizations.

For reservations made and confirmed by e-mail more than 48 hours in advance, the service will be free of charge in the case that the vehicle arrive at the meeting point more than 30 minutes late. BSS will be except from this penalization when the dalay result conditions beyond our control.

5. Prices

Are based on a suitcase per person and all tax are included. If you need to transport more suitcases please advise, prices may change.

6. Night fee

Are charge in night services between 11pm & 06am.

7. Changes and Modifications

All changes in schedules must be at lease with 48 Hours in advance of the service and have to be made it by e-mail only or through our web page.

8. Confidiality

All information received will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any third parties.

9. Legal Notice

All Services are provide in the City of Barcelona under the agreement between Barcelona Shuttle Service and each different suppliers. Any claim with the servicemust must to be requested direclty to each direct supplier at the moment of the service. The Jurisdiction to solve any problem with the service are in the moment of the service with the specific supplier and/or driver. Invoices requerid are made from the main offices of Barcelona Shuttle Services Offices in Chile. The company name is Barcelona Shuttle Service SA, a travel Agent Company ubicate in Cristal de Abelli 89, Valparaiso, Chile.

9. Vehicles

All the vehicles listed in the section "Our Fleet" referring vehicles from our suppliers and photos and description are coming for updates photographies made from them.
